Seasonal Fruit and Veg Box

Our seasonal fruit and veg box changes from week to week depending on what vegetables are currently in season in order to keep food miles at a minimum and to support British growers wherever possible. We aim to publish a list each week of the contents within that weeks box.
Our boxes come in three sizes:
Small (suitable for 1-2 people)
Medium (suitable for 2-4 people)
Large (suitable for 4-6 people)
We would recommend a medium box for a family of four.

Boxes will be delivered every Friday / Saturday - please see our postage options for available delivery areas.
The contents of each box will change each week. As an example, your box may contain :
- Potato
- Carrots
- mixed onions
- Cauliflower
- Broccoli
- garlic
- Sweet Potato
- cabbage
- mixed peppers
- Apples
- Bananas
- blood orange.
* If you would like to substitute items then please let us know before Wednesday evening.

Collectons and Shipping
All of our Veg Boxes are prepared fresh from the market and are available for delivery every Thursday and Friday
Deliveries will be made on Thursday or Friday - we cannot guarantee a time. Please let us know if you will not be in and would like us to leave your order in a specific place.
Alternatively, you can arrange to collect your box from our premises in Tarring Road at a time convenient to you Thursday through to Saturday.
